Mr. Cullen writes, "...RICHARD CULLEN, son of GERVASE and ELIZABETH. ... RICHARD CULLEN married MARY TURFITT at HORBLING or SPANBY on 03JUL1787."
This is speculative at this date, but worth adding to the family tree with that caveat. - D.A. Navorska - xxiii Oct MCMXCVI - Irving TX.

"... According to the Lincolnshire Marriage Index the Turfitt/Cullen marriage took place at Horbling in 1787.
The Mary Turfitt who married William Middlebrook was born about 1744, place unknown.
Between 1730 and 1770 the IGI gives four baptisms for Mary Turfitt (there could of course be more not on the IGI, and the IGI for Nottinghamshire is more or less non-existant):
1735 Braceby 1739 Digby 1767 Billingborough (more or less next door to Horbling and likely the one who married Richard Cullen) 1770 Hough on the Hill
The last is too young to be married to either Middlebrook or Cullen. The first two are possibles for the Middlebrook marriage (1762 at Great Hale) but seem too young for the Cullen marriage unless she was a widow in which case shewouldn't have been born a Turfitt! ..." <>
