RANDALL "RANDY" A. REINCKE, 59, was placed in his Savior's hands on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, after a long illness with diabetes. Born Oct. 25, 1952, in Fort Wayne, he graduated from Snider High School in 1971. He worked for the State Development Center. He enjoyed officiating sports and belonged to the Indiana High School Athletic Association, NEIOA where he was a chairperson, Fort Wayne Umpires Association, serving as president for several years and Turners. He was a former member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and recently moved his membership to St. Peters Lutheran Church. Surviving are his parents, June and Howard Reincke of Fort Wayne; wife of 32 years, Beverly Reincke of Fort Wayne; sons, Shaun Reincke and Chad Reincke, both of Fort Wayne; daughter, Shayna (Kevin) Shelly of Bonita Beach, Fla.; brother, Tony (Carma) Reincke of Fort Wayne; and sister, Nancy (Brad) Thomas of Fort Wayne; granddaughters, Mataya James and Kaiya Shelly; and several nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy; and grandparents, Walter and Marie Brownhill, Fred and Esther Reincke. Service is 11 a.m. Monday, April 2, 2012, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 7710 E. State Blvd., with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Richard Koehneke officiating. Calling is from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2012, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens. Memorials to Heartland Hospice or Matthew 25.
