"Pedestrian Struck Killed on I-280" "A Millbury woman walking in the northbound lanes of I-280 was struck by a car and killed early yesterday, the Walbridge post of the Ohio highway patrol reported." "Rose A. Dilbone, 31, of 27984-B South Pointe Dr., was pronounced dead at the scene at 1 a.m. by Thomas Holloway, Wood County acting coroner. A ruling is pending."
