It is thought this m. relates to the ancestor and that the witness, Andrew Archibald, was his father, their first known child, Andrew, bp. 30 Jan 1819, Inveresk p., could have been named for his father, and the witness, Andrew Archibald, was likely his father [18]. Andrew's last known child, Thomas, was bp. 30 Jan. 1831, Liberton p. [225]. (Possibly cousins)
