Conclusion: Margaret Douglas appears to die before the 1841 Census.

      Scott, Peter, Death

SUDDEN DEATH.-- Another instance of the uncertainty of life occurred on Thursday morning. It seems that Mr Peter Scott, a tailor in the employ of Mr J. P. Smith, clothier, Reform Street, left his work complaining on Wednesday night.
On Thursday morning he left his own house in Nethergate, and proceeded to the Baxter Park, but called in at the house of a friend on the way, where he died about twelve o'clock.
The deceased was a widower, and was about fifty-four years of age. He has left a family, but we understand they are grown up.
