Alringh, Harmen Berentsz (1710-1757), son of Berent Alringh, was a preacher in Leer, Germany, from 1742 until his death on 12 April 1757. On 4 July 1745 he was married to Grietje Waerma, a sister of the minister Hendrik Waerma in Emden, who preached his funeral sermon. Waerma said that in spite of deafness Alringh managed his office for 15 years with great energy and zeal.
