CORNELIUS ZEESTRATEN, "Plain-tiff, VS CLARA J. ZEESTRATEN, Defendant.
'Action to Dissolve a Marriage on the Grounds of Absence.
TAKE NOTICE: That the above named plaintiff, Cornelius Zeestraten,
has presented to the Supreme Court of the County of Chautauqua, N. Y.,
a duly verified petition asking that the marriage between the parties to
the above entitled action be dissolved on the ground that the defendant has
been absent from the plaintiff and unknown to be living by him for more
than five (5) years last past
AND ALSO TAKE NOTICE: that a hearing upon said petition will be
held at a Special Term of the Supreme Court, held at Judges Chambers, in the Village of Falconer, New York, on the 15th day of December 1923, for .the purpose of considering the facts alleged in said petition and for the purpose of granting the relief asked therein, if the Court deems such relief proper. .
