REBA M. MONTANYE
Fultonville - Mrs. Reba M. Montanye, 81, of Hughes Road, died Tuesday at Amsterdam Memorial Hospital.
Born in Carlisle, Mrs. Montanye was educated in Cobleskill. She was a chamber maid for various hotels in the area, retiring in 1974 from the Sir William Johnson Hotel in Gloversville. Mrs. Montanye was a Protestant.
Survivors include her husband, Karl Montanye, whom she married Sept. 5, 1939; a brother, Ray Whiting of Schenectady; and a sister, Ruth Whitbeck of Cooksburg.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Charleston Christian Church. Cremation will be at Parkview Crematory, Schenectady. There will be no calling hours. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association; Charleston Volunteer Fire Department; or Charleston Christian Church, East Lykers Road, Charleston, N.Y. 12166.

Mr. and Mrs. Myron Whiting have announced the marriage of their younger daughter, Reba Whiting, to Lee Allen, son of the late Charles Allen. The ceremony was performed at Fort Plain Sunday.
