Il est marié avec Ida May Koetsveld.
Like her siblings Ida May was born in Bullarto. In 1920's the family moved to Soudan Street Malvern. In 1926 she and
Norman Trompf were married in Ida's local Parish Methodist Church in Malvern just a couple of streets from where
Ida lived. At the time of the their marriage Ida was a typist and Norman's occupation was grocier. He was a great
sportsman and maybe he and Ida met at an Inter church tennis match or somehting similar for as the crow flies
Norman lived quite close in the adjoining suburb of North Caulfield.
Raymond Perry remembers Norman practised cricket with the Victorian Sheffield Shield team in the hope that he
would make the side. About this time Norman had or worked in a cylce shop in Fitzroy.
Norm and Ida's marriage failed. Ida found work in Albert's music storein Collins Street, Melbourne and was evetually
made manager. She had an office on the first floor and was referred to as Miss K.
Ils se sont mariés le 5 avril 1926 à Malvern, Australië.
