What is curious to notice is that Hendrik and his son Derk died the same
day, only assuming an accident, or act of war, or violence. According to
my information the date is not exact, it states BeforeFebruary 21,1747,
assuming that the bodies were found or burried that day, but not
necesarrily died that day.
History in Gelderland was quite tumultuous, lots of clans, fighting among
one another, also the close proximity to germany might have had something
to do with this. (Under Research), Also the winter was extremely cold in
1747 and rivers in he area were frozen over, possible an accident may
have ocurred.
Also according to information send by Willem Willemsen of an article by
Jhr De Savornin Lohman , who seems to have lotsof information on the
Huender Geneologie. He states that he died somewhere between May 2nd
1743, and February 21 1747. Equal to his son Derk who's date ofdeath is
somewhere between february 20, 1741 and February 21, 1747. Both Hendrick
and Derk were members of the "Gilde van Eendracht" not sure what it is
and if it played a factor.[St. Pierre.FTW]
