Mr. and Mrs. Epa E. Hook of Route 1, Mt. Carroll, IL received word Wednesday night that her sister, Mrs. Epa M. Hook of Cooperstown, ND, was killed Wednesday afternoon when the car in which she was riding collided head on with a truck. The tragedy occurred near Hanaford, ND.
The victim had just returned to North Dakota after spending 6 weeks here in the Hook home assisting in the care of her mother.
Survivors are the husband, a daughter, 3 sons, parents, 2 sisters and a brother.
