Pearston is a small town in the eastern Karoo, in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It lies between Graaff-Reinet and Somerset East at the foot of the Coetzee Mountains, about 160 kilometres north of Port Elizabeth. It falls within the Blue Crane Route Local Municipality and has a population of approximately 4,000 people.
