Casketbearers were Ray Bosma, Dick Bosma, Scott Bosma, Brian Bosma, Ron Bolar and Steve Bolar. Music was furnished by organist Kathi Nelson, pianist Jan Missman and a ladies trio: Joyce Elman, Kathy Nelson and Kathy Kiewiet-Risius. Thecongregation also sang.

Catherine attended the First Congregational Church and helped in the women's groups in church. She enjoyed her family and friends very much. She had a sweet and gentle spirit and manifested her love for the Lord, especially in the lastdays of her illness when her desire to be with Him was so evident.
Catherine passed away Tuesday, March 25, 1997 at Timely Mission Nursing Home, Buffalo Center, after a lengthy illness. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her husband, Heiko, of Buffalo Center; one step-son, Jenifer and his wife, Mary Ann, of Blue Earth, Minnesota; three grandchildren: Scott and his wife, Nancy Bosma, Newton: Lorrie and her* husband. Jerry Johnson,Fairbault, Minnesota; Brian and his wife, Linnae Bosma. Brooklyn Park, Minnesota; six great-grandchildren, one sister, Anna Mae Bolar, Eldora, and by several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents and one sister, Margaret Brandt." <>
