James, who married the widow of Barbey. Inventory made 11 Sept. 1699. Thomas ("T" his mark); Sarah ("E" her mark) James. Above the names of Thomas and Sarah were the "T" and "E".ary Mason and Elizabeth Mason, and a brother, George Mason II who was born circa 1660 in either Norfolk County, Virginia or on the Accokeek Plantation in Stafford County, Virginia. Sarah's brother George was first married in 1688 to Mary Fowke, the daughter of Gerard Fowke (of Staffordshire, England) and Ann Thorowgood (of Kicostan, Hampton County, Virginia), second to Elizabeth Waugh, and third to Sarah Taliaferro.
