LifeSketch: ternoon while sitting on the front verandah of her home, knitting.asser-by, Mr. Mervyn Wilcox , spoke to Mrs Clifford and found she was apparently dead. He notified a doctor who confirmed that Mrs. Clifford had died. Mrs. Clifford had suffered from a heart ailment for some time. The cortege was exceptionally large and the floral tributes were numerous. A guard of honour was formed at the church and graveside by members of the Murwillumbah Autumn Club.ies I have of the day my grandmother Agnes H.M. The Rev. G. Penman officiated at the church and graveside. A guard of honour was formed at the church and graveside by members of the Murwillumbah Autumn club, who also acted as wreathbearers. The cortege was exceptionally large and representative and the floral tributes were numerous. Messrs. M. Dowling, F. Burley, L. Dickinson, J. Golding, G. Faux, W. Window, Mr. and Mrs. J. Wilson, Mrs. Scanlon, Messrs.H. Byrnes, H. Kinneally and D. Waugh were wreathbearers. Mr. Len Holston funeral director of Murwillumbah conducted the funeral arrangements.
