   LifeSketch: WILL OF ROBERT JENNINGSof the state and district aforesaid, being very sick and weak in body, but of perfect mind and memory. Calling to mind the mortality of my body, and that it is appointed once for all men once to die. Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament, that is to say I do will and bequeath unto my wife, Tabeth Jennings every part I have of my worldly goods, both real and personal, during her natural life or widowhood. And I do farther will and bequeath that immediately after her death or intermarriage with another man, all my wordly interest, both real and personal as afore, be equally divided amongest all my children Clem Jennings, Mary Jennings, Boswell Jennings, Osborn Jennings, Sarah Jennings, Robert Jennings, John Jennings, and Elizabeth Jennings. If my wife Tabeth Jenning be dead, but intermarried as aforesaid to be equally divided between my wife, Tabeth and my children as aforesaid. I do farther make, ordain and constitute my wife, Tabeth Jennings and her brother Joel Lockhart, my lawful executrix and executor. I do farther make and ordain and constitute John Lockhart Jnr. my lawful executor and I do bequeath and ratify this and not other to be my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, this 16 of November 1815, and in the independancy of United States of America the 40 year. Robert (X) Jennings (SEAL)the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God, doth make oath and say that they say Robert Jennings sign, seal, publish pronounce and declare the within to be and contain his Last Will and Testament, that the said Robert Jenning was then of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of these deponants knowledge and belief, and that they the said William Hardy and James Crawford together with David Crawford, did sign their names thereto, at the request of the testator, and in his presence. At the same time qualified Tabitha Jennings and Joel Lockhart, executrix and executor. Given under my hand, at office in Will Book "A" Page 343 Morgan, Richard Hardy, and Wm. Hardy 15, Pkg. 530)
