TABOR CITY, N.C. - Gladys Graham Soles, 70, of the Emerson community, died Sunday, Aug. 1, 1999, at Loris Community Hospital after an illness.
She was born March 4, 1929, in Tabor City, a daughter of the late Odell Watts and Eva W. Watts.
She was a homemaker and a member of Live Oak Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Leamon Otto Soles of Tabor City; a son, Charles W. Graham of Loris; a daughter, Susie Fowler of Tabor City; three brothers, Grady Watts of Loris, Hoyt Watts, and Homer Watts, both of Thomasville, N.C.; five sisters, Myrtie Blanton of Loris, Essie Nealey, Mary Bullard, and Elizabeth Tyler, all of Tabor City, and Princes Olshinski of Thomasville; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Hardwick Funeral Home in Loris. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Live Oak Baptist Church. Burial will be in Princeville Cemetery. The Revs. Glenn Fowler and Drew Hardee will officiate.
