Even though Wise County and Letcher County do not exist at the date of
Thomas and Edward's births, they are formed by the date of their
marriages. This is very interesting that they are being so specific
about where they were born. And then, Wise is right across the line
from Letcher where the Pollys are living. So since Elijah's last
record was on the 1830 Perry Co Ky census, he has moved over the line
by 1832 and back again by 1837. Elijah seems to have gone over the
line into Perry Co, KY only very temporarily and he has no family ties
to this area..
