The Tree came from a lady who does not want to contacted any more by searchers. She gave me permission to do on the internet what I wished with it. So, I share it with the Lindsey bunch. This is the result ofabout 30 years of documented work. It is the best I have seen and runs 30 generations right into the late 1960s.

The James who married Sarah Daniel was the Grandson of James "1635" (1635 most likely birth date in Scotland than "first found" in Virginia date). James II was the son Caleb who was the son of James I.?

On documentation, unfortunately, it is all on one page and there are not annotations in the database as to what source goes with which name. All I can say is, this seems to be the best work that has been done on the line that starts with James of Gloucester Co., VA in mid 1600's, and if we could just find a clear picture of who he father was, the rest of the line back to the 1100s is well documented by the Scot Peerage books.
