Elizabeth Cogan, Widow of 5th Baron FitzWarin, daughter of William Cogan of Bampton, Devon.
[Burke's Peerage]
Note: Burke's Peerage states that Elizabeth's father William is of Bampton, Devon while Ancestral Roots indicates that Isabel's 1st husband William Cogan is of Huntsfield. ; Of course William could be of both Bampton and Huntsfield.

Weis AR7 40:34 cited CP IV:316-7 which is an article on Sir Robert (de Haverington), Lord Harington which states on p. 317 (in part):
"He m., 2ndly, about 1383, Isabel, widow of Sir William Cogan, of Huntspill, Somerset, who d. 1382..."
Unfortunately CP did not cite a source ref for Huntspill. The editors of AR7 obviously missed the "Huntsfield" typo. Huntspill is in Somerset(shire) 53 km/33 miles ne of Bampton, Devon(shire).
