Elizabeth Coolbaugh's family has not yet been proved, but she was clearly a member of the family of William and Anna Coolbaugh. She was called sister of Harriet Coolbaugh Lloyd, according to the latter's obituary:
Harriet Coolbaugh Lloyd's Obituary from the Carbondale PA, Leader, February 9, 1914
"INVALID FOUND DEAD IN BED. Miss Harriet Lloyd an Invalid for Thirty Years Passed Away Some Time During Last Night.
Mrs. Harriet Lloyd, widow of Anthony Lloyd, aged sixty years, who had been an invalid for the past thirty years, was found dead in bed early this morning. For the past ten days, Mrs. Lloyd had been confined to her bed by illness. Her death was a surprise as her condition as not considered to be such as to cause immediate alarm.
Mrs. Lloyd had been a resident of this city for the past twenty-three years, her former home being in Larksville. She is survived by the following sons and daughters: Arthur G., Anna M., William H., Bert and Wright; also one sister, Mrs. Frank Montayne of Larksville, Pa. The funeral will take place Thursday afternoon. Services will be conducted at 2 o'clock by Rev. F. D. Hartsock, PH. D., pastor of the First M. E. church, and interment will be made in Brookside cemetery."

According to the Rev. Hoagland in his manuscript "Twigs", Elizabeth Coolbaugh was the daughter of Nancy Coolbaugh of Lockville, making William and Anna her grandparents, rather than her parents. This seems very possible. Nancy Coolbaugh lived with Elizabeth Coolbaugh Bestider Montanye and family during the census years of 1880 and 1900.
