MINNIE MAY GRISHAM HILL
Mrs. Hill Dies in California
     Mrs. Minnie Hill, 78, a former resident of Marion, died Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Katherine Mozley, in Los Angeles, Calif.  She was the widow of J. E. Hill, who died December 3, 1941. ; She left Marion six years ago to live with her daughter.  She was born in Williamson County on January 23, 1878, the daughter of Sanders and Alice Hearn Grisham.  In addition to her daughter, Mrs. Mozley (Kathryn Carter Mozley), she leaves two brothers, Frank Grisham, Crab Orchard (IL), John Grisham, Houston, Texas, two grandsons and 4 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one son (Lloyd Vernell Hill, Sr.).  Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Wilson-Frick memorial Chapel with Rev. C.V. Tolley, pastor of First Methodist Church, officiating.  Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.  The body will lie in state at the funeral home after 11 a.m. Sunday."  Joe and Minnie had a son: Lloyd Vernell Hill, Sr.
