Sue A. KAMHOUT Agnes May (Sue) Kamhout, of Auburn, died January 1, 2002 in Bellevue. She was 91. Born March 24, 1910 in San Jose, California, she was a longtime resident of Seattle before moving to a retirement home in Auburn. She was employed as an accordion teacher for a number of years by the Stancatto School of Accordion. She was also involved in several volunteer activities, which included the Seattle Aquarium, Seattle City Light and the Red Cross. She made dozens of hand-knitted infant sweaters and caps for Pregnancy Aid. She was preceded in death by husbands Walter M. Hansen and Earl B. Kamhout; by brothers Frederick E. Bolton, Robert E. Bolton, William P. Harney and sister Kathleen A. Tevis Fuchs. She is survived by her son Roger H. Hansen of Auburn, grandsons Eric Hansen of Auburn and Arne Hansen of Bellingham; sisters Ann B. Edwards of Fremont, Calif. and L. Joyce Volponi of Hayward, Calif. and by brothers Donald B. Bolton of Anacortes, Westley A. Bolton of San Jos! e, Calif., Edward D. Harney of Sacramento, Calif., and numerous nieces and nephews. At her request, there will be no services. After private cremation, her ashes will be placed in the Grandview Cemetery in Anacortes. Memorials may be made to the Seattle Aquarium, 1483 Alaskan Way - Pier 59, Seattle, WA 98101.
