The following works may be of help:
The Beetham Repository by Rev'd William Hutton published in 1770, republished 1906 pages153 to156 gives a complete family tree of the Beetham family from Ralph de Beetham who married Ingaretha to Roger de Beethum married Anne Middleton circa 1483.
The Records of Kendale volume 2, by William Farrer published 1924, republished 1999.
The Redmans of Levens and Harewood by W. Greenwood published 1905 (this book is difficult to find apart from my own copy I only know of 3 other copies) but this book contains family trees of the Tunstalls and the Redman links with the Middletons.
