This research says Hans had two sons, both named Urban, born one year apart. The elder one might have married in 1430, but no information is given on spouse, children etc. The younger one has children listed, but no information on spouse. No date of death for elder, but there is one for the younger. I am thinking they are the same person.
Per Schegel's German American Families:
"Hans, son of Peter and Catherina (von der Ansach) Spengler is referred to in records as having married twice. One of his descendants, Johan Spengler, became an officer in the Palatinate army, and also entered the Netherland army in 1640. He became the founder of the Holland branch of the von Spenglers. Hans Spengler married (secondly) Christina Westendorff, and of this union was born a son, Hans Jr."
