Or 24 June 1281.2 He was the son of Sir Robert de Tibetot Knt. and Eva de Chaworth.1,2 Pain, 1st Lord Tibetot married Agnes de Ros, daughter of William, 1st Lord Ros of Helmsley and Maud de Vaux, circa 25 April 1298.3,1 Pain, 1st Lord Tibetot was first summoned to Parliament as Baron Tibetot by Edward II on 10 March 1308.1 He served in successive Parliaments between 10 March 1308 and 26 November 1313.1 He died in 1314 at the Battle of Bannockburn, Scotland, at age 34 years. He fell in battle.2
