Margery Barker, daughter of Christopher Barker (printer to Queen Elizabeeth I) and Katherine Read, was born in 1570 in Datchet, Buckinghamshire, England. She died in England. Anne Constable, Lees of Virginia Most sources report her maiden name as Barker, daughter of Christopher Barker (printer to Queen Elizabeth I and Katherine Read::"On 14 July 1563 he married widow Katherine Read of Islington, and the couple had at least two children, Robert (b. c.1568) and Margery."
