These were notes by Jorge Castell on her husband, Marmaduke Constable The Little:
http://www.tudorplace.com.ar/CONSTABLE.htm#Marmaduke CONSTABLE3
Member of Parliament, Known as the Little. Born in 1443 was in France under King Edward IV and at the taking of Berwick of which he was made captain. He shared with his four sons in the glory of Flodden, 1513, being then 71 years of age, his nephew Marmaduke Constable of Cliffe was possibly also there. His distinguished services were acknowledged in an autograph letter to him from Henry VIII. He died in 1518. The death of Sir Marmaduke Constable, as quoted from Memorials of the Wars of the Roses by WEHampton, for the Richard III Soc by Alan Sutton Publishing "A story relates that in his old age, seated in his garden overlooking the sea, he inadvertantly swallowed a frog in a glass of water, wherof he died. His death occurred on Nov. 20, 1518.".
And these were notes from Wikipedia on her husband:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marmaduke_Constable
Marmaduke Constable (c. 1455 – November 20, 1518) was an English soldier descended from a certain Robert (died 1216), lord of Flamborough, who was related to the Lacys, hereditary constables of Chester, hence the surname of the family. A son of Sir Robert Constable (died 1488), Marmaduke was in France with Edward IV in 1475 and with Henry VII in 1492, in spite of the fact that he fought for Richard III at the Battle of Bosworth. He was sheriff of Staffordshire and Yorkshire, was in high favor with Henry VII and Henry VIII, and led his kinsmen and retainers to the Battle of Flodden Field in 1513. He was twice married, and left several sons when he died on the 20th of November 1518. In Flamborough church one may still read a rhyming epitaph describing Constable's life and prowess.
Sir Marmaduke's eldest son, Sir Robert Constable (c. 1478-1537), was executed for treason.
Sir Marmaduke's second son, Sir Marmaduke Constable (c. 1480-1545), was knighted after the battle of Flodden, and was at the Field of the Cloth of Gold in 1520. He was a knight of the shire for Yorkshire and then for Warwickshire, and was a member of the Council of the North from 1537 until his death.
Another noteworthy member of this family was Sir William Constable (died 1655) who was a signatory to the death warrant of Charles I of England.
