SODA SPRINGS — Carol Corbett Cooper, 61, passed away Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, at home. Carol was born May 4, 1941, at Pocatello, the daughter of William E. and Thelma Titus Corbett.
Carol was married to James L. Cooper on Sept. 21, 1963, in Soda Springs.
Carol lived in Grace until the age of 7, the remainder in Soda Springs, with short stays in Provo, Utah, Boise and Pocatello. She graduated from Soda Springs High School in 1959, and attended Boise State and BYU colleges.
She was a member of the Soda Springs LDS Fourth Ward.
Carol had worked for Garrett Freightlines, Farmers Insurance and Soda Springs Sheet Metal, She loved her family and home, cooking, working in the yard, and most of all supporting her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Jim, of Soda Springs; one son and one daughter and their spouses, Brad and Angie Cooper, Robin and Garth Monroe, all of Soda Springs; also five grandchildren; and one brother and one sister, William B. and Charlene Corbett of Pocatello, and Cathy and Mike Abe of Pocatello. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Riley Monroe.
