(Cubby) Culbertson, 70, son of Jesse Alvin and Mary King (Francis) Culbertson , was born December 14, 1911 in St.Clair County, Missouri, and departed this life Wednesday, June 2, _____, in the Missouri State Chest Hospital, Mt.Vernon, Missouri. He operated a service station with his father in ElDorado Springs and later was a television technician. He spent most of his lifetime in ElDorado Springs area and recently moved to Springfield, Missouri. He was a veteran of the WWII. Army and serving five years in the service. He is survived by five brothers; Floyd, Springfield, Missouri, Cecil, Hydesville, California, Owen, Jesse Ray and Cotton, ElDorado Springs, Missouri. Two sisters; Mrs. Beulah McCowan, Kansas City, Kansas, and Mrs Mary Harbert, Springfield, Missouri, Nephews; Nieces; other relatives and friends. Services were sunday, June 6, at the First Christian Church with Rev. Jack Daniel officiating. Organ selections were by Mrs. Daisy Dale. Pallbearers were George Stewart, Jerry Eaves, John Whitesell, Harold Hunt, Jr. Julian and Bob Price. Janssens-Brown Funeral Services was in charge of interment in Clintonville Cemetery, ElDorado Springs, Missouri.
