Could this be the William Wadmore who was convicted of Larceny at the Old Bailey in the May-September 1831 Middlesex Session. Sentenced to 3 months and whipped. Also another conviction in 1850 for "larceny on a navigable river", convicted at the Assizes held at Guildford on 5 August 1850, and given 3 weeks imprisonment.
1841 aged 55, living at Cumberland Street, Chelsea St Luke with his wife Elizabeth 45 and children Judith 20 and James 13.
