1714 Mentioned in the Will of her grandson Michael Furrian...."Item I do hereby give and devise more unto Elizabeth my Dear and well beloved wife for and during the term of her Natural life two other Messuages or tenants(en) wth(i) the appetences(en) scituate and being at St Neots in the county of Huntingdon, now in the occupation of Thomas Blowfild or his assigns or undertennants wth(i) three last Mentioned Cottages or Tennements wth(i) the appurtences now devised to me by the last will and Testament of Elizabeth Ansill my Grandmother upon Condition and with this Provisor that there be no Issue of my Body upon the Body of the said Elizabeth my wife But in case of Issue of my Body ...."

LAST WILL & TESTAMENT John Ferrian 42HW13 In the name of God amen I John Ferrian of Pirton in the county of Hertford husbandman.....being well of body and of perfect memory blessed be God for the same therefore doe make this my last will and testament as followeth first i comment my soule into the hande of Almighty God my maker hopeing by the sole merritts of Jesus Christ my only saviour to have all my sinnes remitted and to bee made partaker of eternal life for my body I commit to the earth whereof it was made to bee buried in such seemly sorte as my executrix hereafter named shall thinke fitt for that worldly estate which it hath pleased god to blesse me withal I dospose thereof as followeth Imprimis I give and devise unto Michael Fferrian my sonne and to his heires and ssignes for ever All that my cottage or tenements with the appurtenances scituate and being in Aspley and in the parish of Shillington in the county of Beddford and alsoe all that pightle or close of pasture thereunto belonging Item I give and devise unto Sara my daughter the summe of tenne pounds of lawfull money of England Item all the rest of my goods and chattels unbequesthed my detts paied and funeral discharged I give and devise unto Elizabeth Ansell my loveing mother whome I doe make amd appoint sole executrix of this my last will and testament revoaking all former wills heretofore by me made In witness thereof I the said John Ferrian have hereunto sett my hand and seale this ffive and twentieth day of July Anno Domini 1690. and in the second year of the reigne of our sovereigne Lord and Lady William and Mary by the grace of God King and Queen of England Scotland France and Ireland Defender of the faith.
