1682, Jul. 7. He was fined 10s., "for contemptuously speaking against the dispensers of the word of God." (He was a Quaker.)
1686, Mar. 2. He was fined £7, for resisting Moses Rowley, Jr., constable of Suckaneset, in December last. A little after the court remitted £3 of his fine, he paying 20s. to Moses Rowley, for the wound he gave him on his head.
1687, Apr. 9. He had a legacy of a cross-cut saw from the will of his father.
He removed first to Dartmouth, and later in life to Little Compton.
1746, Oct. 5. Will—proved 1748, Dec. 8. Ex. son Enos. To son Christopher, 5s. To heirs of daughter Meribah, 25s. To daughter Mary Borden, £25. To daughter Deborah Wilbur, 858., and £200 that her husband, Benjamin Wilbur
