In the memoirs of Warren (A12A79) it is claimed Isabel, child #4, married Roger Bigod (Earl of Norfolk), and that Margaret, child #5, married Baldwin Rivers or Riviers (Earl of Devonshire); however, The Complete Peerage, G.E.C. (Eng. V) does not recognize such marriages. Maud, child #2, must be older than her brother William, and could hardly have been born later than 1163, since she had a daug., Alice d'Eu, who was md. to Ralp (Raoul) de Lusignan in 1191 and probably had children in turn as early as 1195. Therefore the claim that the above wife Isabel md. Hamelin Plantagenêt bet. 1163 and 1165 may still be off a year or two.
