Nathaniel was born at Plymouth Space:NEHGR|The New England Historical & Genealogical Register (1901)¬â€ Page 76-77¬â€ and according to his deposition his year of birth was 1624."

"His home was at Eel River, #GOOGL1|Present day map of Eel River¬â€ link¬â€ Plymouth, near what was formerly called Prence's Bottom, #HTP|History of the town of Plymouth¬â€ link¬â€ link¬â€ "Thomas Prence.......lived...... on land near what is now the Junction of Spring and High Streets...ten acres in extent....was called in the inventory of Mr. Prence ...."Prence's Bottom" and bounded by the Town Brook #GOOGL3|Location of Town Brook¬â€ link¬â€ and the ministerial lands. The last mentioned land is possibly that granted to him 5 June 1662, in consideration of being oneof the first born children (sic) in the colony."
"...........Nathaniel was also the owner of Lot Number 5 in the Namasket or Middleborough purchase; had rights in Punckateesett on Seconnett River, now in Rhode Island, as well as grants at Agawam and Menomett Ponds. Mr Warren was a member of the Plymouth Militia in 1643; was chosen Surveyor of Highways in 1654; and Selectman in 1667, and representative to the General Court of Plymouth Colony, 1657-8-9, 1660, 1663-4-5."

.Nathaniel Warren, b. 9 March 1662, d. 29 October 1707, m. Phoebe Murdoch, who married 2nd, Thomas Gray of Plymouth, and resided in 1701 on the north side of Town Square, on land sold by William Bradford, to John Murdoch, and conveyed to Nathaniel Warren. His will dated 28 October 1707, is a most interesting document in its mention of many kindred in several Generations. His partly defaced tombstone on Burial Hill reads: 'Here lyes...body of.....Warren ge-t who dec......Oct...29, 1707, in ye 48.....year of his age." He left no issue.

Nathaniel died between July 16, 1667 (codicil) and October 21, 1667 (inventory). #Wakefield|Wakefield: Page 7 #Greene|Greene: Page 4 "His will, executed 29 June 1667, with codicil thereto 16 July 1667, named wife Sarah, and 'children, diverse of them being young," mother mistress Elizabeth Warren, sister Mary Bartlett, sen., Ann Little, Sarah Cooke, and Elizabeth Church and Abigail Snow, and appointed Captain Thomas Southworth and brother Joseph Warren and Lieutenant Ephraim Morton, Supervisors. The inventory of his estate was taken 21 October 1667, and exhibited at Court the 30th of the same monthon the oath of Sarah Warren, his wife."
