Rudolf van Lusignan (1165-Akko, 1219) was een zoon van Hugo van Lusignan, zelf een zoon van Hugo VIII van Lusignan, en van Orengarde. Zijn broer was Hugo IX van Lusignan. Rudolf was heer van Issoudon en huwde met:
Margaretha van Namen (1194-1270), dochter van Peter II van Courtenay, gescheiden,
Adelheid van Eu (1190-1246), erfdochter van Hendrik van Eu;
en werd de vader van:
Mathildis (1210-), gehuwd met Willem I van Chauvigny,
Rudolf II (-1250).
Door zijn huwelijk werd hij graaf van Eu.
