Notes about Gerrit Geert Rosema

BIOGRAPHY: May 13, 2002, from Wim Rosema in the Netherland:
I just know Geert (later Gerrit) Rosema was a

blacksmith hand when he left the Netherlands. The

population registration tells he lived from 1882 to 1884 at

Grijpskerk, moved 1885 to Leeuwarden, moved 1886 to

Uithuizermeeden, and from there May 1888 to North

America. I suppose he moved a few times to learn his

profession from different masters blacksmith.
