Eite Roelfs is in 1790 met anderen erfgenaam van Barelt Roelfs. Hij wordt in 1784 vermeld mogelijk als opvolger van Roelef Barelts, timmerman, vermeld 1754-1774. In 1793 wonen de kinderen van Eite Roelfs in het huis van Roelof Lunsche, koster en schoolmeester op de hoek van de Groningerweg noordzijde en de Roderweg westzijde. Dit blijkt uit de momberrekeningen van de kinderen van Bareld Gelmers en Jeichien Lunsche.
Zoon Roelf Eitens is in 1796 medemomber over de kinderen van Jan Engberts en Anna Alberts, terwijl Albert Hindriks hoofdmomber is.
