Egge woonde met zijn gezin vanaf 1798 in het verlaathuis aan de Veenweg 5 te Spijkerboor(Bron:Drents daip..,blz.205). Een foto met beschrijving van dat pand op blz.204 en op blz.61.
Egge Aalderts Schuiling en zijn vrouw Aaltje Everts van Annen lenen van Cornelis Poelman, vaandrig te Groningen 640 gulden op 9-6-1790 [SP 264 dl. 6 folio 588 dd. 9-6-1790].
In 1798 genoemd te Annen als boer, gehuwd met 4 kinderen.
