Het onroerend goed bestaat uit "een behuisinge met een vriesche schuire met hovinge en geboomte planten en plantagien benevens de beklemminge van viertig graasen land benevens de dijkstal en quelder staande en gelegen toot Feerwerdt en doende 's jaarlijks tot huire aan de Hooggeboren Heer de Raadsheer A.H. van Swinderen een summa van eenhondert en twintig car. gulden en wordt getaxeert voor f2800." De totale activa belopen f4180-18. De passiva bedragen f1189-11-1. Bovendien is "nog an de kinderen debet volgens erfportie van haar grootvader" f3214-1-1. Derhalve is het saldo f966-6-7, zodat aan Ite Klaassen resteert f483-3-3«.

Ite Klaassen x Zwaantje Reinders "op de Legemeeden" verkopen aan Pieter Tijmens x Riemke Ejes voor f 3200 hun boerenplaats te Feerwerd met de beklemming van 40 grazen land, deels onder Feerwerd, deels onder Ezinge gelegen, waarvan de jaarlijks huur aan der raadsheer A.N. van Swinderen f120 bedraagt.#
