    In het archief van Hilversum kwam ik op het Bevolkingsregister van Laren (NH) 1890-1925 de volgende gegevens tegen: Johan Hendrik Scheffer (07-12-1874) en Christina Charlotta Wagenvoord met hun kinderen Bernard (21-04-1902) Louisa Charlotta (29-11-1903) Jan (06-07-1905) en Johanna Alberta (19-01-1908) Wonende nr D460c, op 14-08-1912 gekomen van Huizen en op 24-10-1912 vertrokken naar Haarlem, Tulpstraat 27. Gezin van gekomen van Oldebroek op 27-07-1911, wonende Wijk E 30 Vertrokken 14-08-1912 naar Laren (NH) Op zijn persoonskaart staat vermeld: overleden 09-01-1959 te Wassenaar en Christina Charlotta Wagenvoort 13-07-1948 's-Gravenhage

    Informatie uit Haarlem ontvangen van Els Scheffer:
    In het archief van Haarlem heb ik het bevolkingsregister van Johan Hendrik opgezocht, er staat op: 24 october 1912 gekomen van Laren met zijn vrouw en 4 kinderen.Ze woonden Tulpstraat 27 ben., 27 juni 1913 verhuisden ze, inmiddels met 5 kinderen, naar W(H)ester Boogaardstraat 12. Op 12 juni 1914 vertrok het gezin naar ’s-Gravenhage.In Amsterdam kwam ik ook nog een gezinskaart tegen : 26-10-1926 gekomen van ’s-Gravenhage met zijn vrouw, de kinderen Jan, Johanna Alberta en Hendrika. Hij werkte als opperman en ze vertrokken op 20-10-1928 weer naar ’s-Gravenhage. Leuk detail is dat er als adres staat: Bouwkeet Amstelveenscheweg op het terrein van het nieuwe stadion.

Vanaf 1911 trok Johan Hendrik als bouwbaas (uitvoerder) met de bouw mee , met zijn gezin trok hij van plaats naar plaats en woonden in een (woon)bouwkeet , Zijn vrouw Christina werkte als kostjuffrouw mee zij zorgde voor het eten en drinken van de bou-mannen . Hendrik en Christina zijn op 12-06-1914 ingeschreven te Den Haag - kwamen toen uit Haarlem . Woonde op 13-06-1914 aan de Denneweg 42 - verhuisde 17-04-1925 naar de Maasstraat 54 . Zijn op 26-10-1926 te Den Haag uitgeschreven en naar Amsterdam vertrokken . Volgens het Bevolkinsregister van 1919-1939 zijn zij 20-10-1928 weer in Den Haag terug - kwamen toen uit Amsterdam .Johan Hendrik heeft na zijn bouwerk nog als jacht helper gewerkt in Wassenaar .
