Petrus Joannes Janssens, metser, oud zes en twintig jaren, geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het mannelijk geslacht, gisteren om elf ure des nachts, geboren in deze gemeente, van hem verklaarder en van zijne echtgenoote Maria Elisabetha Verheyden, naaister, oud vijf en twintig jaren, hier geboren en woonachtig, en aan welk kind hij verklaard heeft te willen geven de voornaam van Gerardus.
De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Henricus De Ruycke, winkelier, oud drij en vijftig jaren en Joannes Polfliet, wever, oud drij en twintig jaren, beiden woonachtig in deze gemeente.
Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met den vader en de getuigen.
