Brouwer Jacobus van Landeghem († 30/07/1787), tweede echtgenote van Amelberga Theresia de Winter (17281803), was bij zijn overlijden nog 100 gulden schuldig aan Jan Baptiste Nijs voor een obligatie van gelijke waarde[1]. Zijn erfgenamen diendenook nog eens een gulden voor het restat van dezelfde rente verschenen op 7 september 1787 te betalen, alsook zes gulden 2 stuivers ½ voor een bezette rente op een huis en erf genaamd de Bonte Koey verschenen op 18 februari 1787. Joannes Baptiste Nijs was overigens peter van hun dochter Maria Francisca van Landeghem (17701791) en de moeder van Amelberga Theresia de Winter, Anna Vertenten, was de schoonzuster van Joannes Baptiste Nijs

They got married on December 28, 1765 at Temse, België.
