Uit een exploit van mij deurwaarder dd 6 januari 1930 ten verzoeke van Hiltje Borger zonder beroep wonende te Franeker, te dezer zake domicilie hebbende te Leeuwarden aan de Willemskade N.Z. no. 2,ten kantore xx, advocaten en procureurs, wonende te Leeuwarden, blijkt dat ten eerste aan ARJEN GROUTHELM, vroeger wonende te Franeker, thans zonder bekende woon- en verblijfplaats, is beteekend een verzoekschrift, waarmede mijn requirante zich heeft gewend tot de Arrondissements-Rechtbank te Leeuwarden, strekkende tot het bekomen van vergunning om terzake in dat verzoekschrift vermeld kosteloos te procedeeren. met de op gemeld request gestelde beschikking d.d. 31 December 1929 en ten tweede genoemde ARJEN GROOTHELM uit kracht van gemelde beschikking is opgeroepen om op Donderdag den 13 Maart1930. des voormiddags ten elf uur, te verschijnen ter Raadkamer der Arrondissements-Recht- bank te Leeuwarden, voor twee Rechter commissarissen. alsdan en aldaar gehouden wordende in het PALEIS VAN JUSTITIE xxxx
