Ook bekend als "de Rijke", ovl. 16.04.1113, begraven in Zutphen (St. Walburgskerk), Noemde zich sedert 1101 graaf van Zutphen, voogd van Corvey. Trouwt (1) NN. Otto laat in 1105 de Sint-Walburgskerk in Zutphen, die door een brand is verwoest, herbouwen. Hij brengt vervolgens de relieken van de heilige Justus uit Corvey naar Zutphen. Bisschop Burchard van Utrecht wijdt de kerk met een plechtige ceremonie in. Otto wordt in zijn eigen kerk begraven.
