De crediteur kon na bewijs van zijn vordering en bij blijvende niet-betaling van de schuld de pander uitpanding laten doen. De rechter kwam er eerst aan te pas indien de vordering door de schuldenaar werd bestreden (pandkering). - He died on October 4, 1810 in Wanneperveen, he was 59 years old.Source 3
