      Jan Wildeboer, aannemer te Zwartsluis, staat terecht ter zake dat hij in het Advertentieblad voor Zwartsluis en omliggende gemeenten de firmanten Israël en Mozes Jacobs te Zwartsluis in een ingezonden stuk heeft beleedigd.
      De 1e getuige, Israël Jacobs, verklaart zich beleedigd door het geïncrimineerde ingezonden stuk.
      Beklaagde erkent het stuk te hebben doen plaatsen, doch niet met het oogmerk om te beleedigen.
      Getuige Jan Greveling, uitgever van het Advertentieblad, verklaart het bewuste stuk ter plaatsing te hebben ontvangen van den beklaagde, alsook dat na de opneming van het stuk verscheidene Israelietische abonnés hun abonnement hebben opgezegd.
      De officier meent, dat gerust het beleedigend oogmerk in deze mag worden aangenomen en requireert ter zake van beleediging, schriftelijk in het openbaar aangedaan, een geldboete van f 25, subs. 14 dagen hechtenis.

      29 Aug. De rechtbank heeft heden het volgende vonnis gewezen:
      Jan Wildeboer, 42 jaar, aannemer te Zwartsluis, wegens eenvoudige beleediging in Juni jl. aldaar, ontslagen van rechtsvervolging.
