    Harm Schuuring te Zwartsluis heeft suiker afgeleverd boven maximumprijs. De heer Meulink, brood- en koekbakker, kocht een gansche schaal voor f 125 en aan mej. Kampherbeek, eveneens een koek- en broodbakkerij exploiteerde, ook een baal.
    Laatstgenoemde heeft er weinig van te vertellen; haar zoon doet gemeenlijk dergelijke zaken af. Beide getuigen excuseeren zich heviglijk - 't was enkel de groote verlegenheid, waarin ze zaten, die ze tot de suiker-koopen heeft verleid - 't geen ook trouwens niet strafbaar was. Schuuring zelf wist niet den maximumprijs te overschrijden.
    De officier eischt f 25 boete of 25 dagen hechtenis.
