Your family tree can contain web addresses. For example, in a source or in a note. A link to a scan at an archive, or to a website about your family. Such links do not always keep working. Websites change or disappear.
That is why Genealogy Online checks all links in your publication. If a link no longer works, you get a message. This is called the www-check.
Look up the new location of the information. An archive often has a new website with a new address. Change the link in your own family tree program. Has the information disappeared completely? Then remove the link, but keep the source citation. Then upload a new GEDCOM file.
