Testament van Roelof Joost Verkuijl en Dirckje Dirxs Verweij wonend te Asch op de hofstede de Hanennest. Roelof is gezond en Dirkje is enigzins ziek. Ze zit op een stoel maar is haar verstand en memorie meester. Dirkje heeft in deze zaak de schout Terweij tot momboir gekozen. Dirkje en Joost benoemen elkaar tot universeel erfgenaam. Ze stellen tot momboir over hun onmondige kinderen aan: de vader van Joost Roelof Vercuil en oom Adriaan Roelofs (wonend te Buurmalsen). Dirkje stelt haar broer Gerrit Johan Verweij (wonend op de Melchweert te Erichem) en zwager Mathijs Dirks de Heus, wonend in het Sticht van Utrecht in het Goy.
voor het huwelijk met Ariaentje had Roelof Joosten Verkuijll een akte van huwelijkse voorwaarden op laten maken - RANB 219 - en tevens een akte van Uitkoop van zijn eerste vrouw Dirkje Verweij, dd. 19-04-1707 (RA. Buren 108) waarin hij verklaarde dat hij zijn 4 kinderen zal opvoeden en voor onderwijs en een goed vak zal zorgen
In ca. 1725 is ene Roelof Voskuijl de pachter van de Hanennest, is dit dan een zoon van Roelof en Dirkje ?
